Welcome to Royal Desert Pools. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.1 Service Agreement Royal Desert Pools provides design, construction, installation, and maintenance services for swimming pools, fountains, saunas, and related water features. A formal contract/work order will be signed for specific projects, which will override these general terms.

1.2 Quotations and Pricing All quotes provided are valid for [30 days] from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material cost fluctuations, or changes in project scope requested by the client.

1.3 Payment Terms A deposit of [X%] is required to commence any construction or installation project. Progress payments will be scheduled based on project milestones. Final payment is due immediately upon completion and handover.

1.4 Client Responsibilities The client must provide clear access to the site and ensure all necessary legal permits (from local authorities or homeowners' associations) are obtained before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.5 Warranty and Liability We provide a limited warranty on construction integrity and specific equipment (subject to manufacturer terms). Royal Desert Pools is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, ground movement, or client negligence in pool chemistry and maintenance.
